Please allow up to 45 days for items in stock to be dispatched and more time for bespoke orders to be completed and sent due to building materials or ready items from abroad, Bespoke projects and orders should be paid in full once the quota has been released and agreed. 

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are outlined during checkout. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. RevChic - The Norfolk Art House Ltd is not liable for any consequential loss due to delayed delivery.

Crafted Items and Supply Timeframe

Customized pieces are created upon order, with timeframes varying based on raw material availability. We appreciate your understanding in delivering high-quality, unique items.

Refund Policy for Crafted Items

Refunds for crafted items are only possible under specific circumstances, such as damage during the crafting process. Instead of a full refund, we offer additional reconstruction with alternative designs or materials.

Returns

Merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Pierced jewelry/accessories, bespoke, cushions, and tableware items are excluded from our returns policy- Not Refundable. Refunds are to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged or wrong  or defective item to pen a case. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if the wrong item was sent, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. In the case of a complaint, the seller covers all costs.

If a customer no longer requires an item that was damaged during delivery, they must provide proof of correspondence from the postal company confirming that the damage occurred during transit. Customers may either order additional repair services for an extra fee or receive a discount voucher, or a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation. Please Note, If a customer has agreed to a voucher released voucher can not be exchanged to money.
 

Delivery Issues:

If the company has experienced issues during the delivery of an ordered item, the customer will be required to wait additional days for resolution and will not have access to a refund during this period. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address or phone number provided by the customer, such as an incorrect postal code, street name or number, or recipient name, the customer will incur a round-trip shipping fee of 30 EUR (applies to small non-bespoke goods). For Bespoke goods the customer will have to cover a full cost of the new post. 

Refund Conditions:

Customers can only refund an item if it is returned in its original packaging. It is a customers' responsibility to correct delivery address and recipient name responsibility. Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. They are only valid for new orders placed within the promotion period.

 

Accidents

RevChic/ The Norfolk Art House Ltd  is not responsible for any accidents that occur when using our products.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom items are non-refundable. You may order additional services for repairs at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless due to The Norfolk Art House Ltd's error.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Force Majeure

RevChic / The Norfolk Art House Ltd is not responsible for defects or delays resulting from direct or indirect external circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to, war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor conflicts, changes in government regulations, supplier delivery failures, or other unforeseen events beyond our control that affect existing contracts and agreements.

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods (such as flowers, food, and plants), personal products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products, any liquids, and garden stools). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous items, flammable liquids, or gases. Anti-mosquito lamps are non-refundable as they are clearance and end-of-sale products. Neck Support Plus, being a personal hygiene item, cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for defective items. If you have any questions about your item, please contact us.

Crafted Items Return Process

Returns for crafted items are partly accepted as a discount only,  such as damage during crafting by The Norfolk Art House representative. We offer reconstruction with alternative designs or materials for damaged items for additional price.
